Java software is required for Straight2Bank log in. To install on your PC, click here. Choose the "Download JRE" option. Download and install the "Windows Offline Installation (build 06)

Internet Connection: 56.5 Kbps & Above, Broadband and dedicated connection is recommended1
Software: Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or above2
Warning: WINDOWS XP only supports Straight2Bank running with Sun Java3

  1. Your system response time will heavily depend on communication baud rate.
  2. Please note that you will need to do the following in Acrobat Reader in order to properly view your reports via Straight2Bank in PDF format (Acrobat Reader may be downloaded from :* - Acrobat 5.0 : From the 'Edit' menu, select 'Preferences' and then 'Options'. Under the 'Web Browser Options' group box, please ensure that the first option, 'Display PDF in Browser' is unchecked.
  3. To install Sun Java on your PC, go to Choose the "Manual Download" option. Download and install the "Windows (Offline Installation)".
  4. WIN 95 and WIN NT do not support USB Port.
  5. Compatibility Mode needs to be enabled for Straight2Bank SME customers using IE8
